The Pass Promise

Terms version 2026-08-18

What we promise

If you do the work below and still don't pass the October 2026 CPA Licensure Examination, we extend your full platform access through May 30, 2027 — covering your preparation for the 2027 MAY exam cycle — at no additional cost.

This is an extension of access. It is not a refund, and it has no cash value.

Who is covered

You are covered if you:

  • purchased the Complete Exam Bundle, the Extended Bundle, or the Sprint Bundle through our checkout; and
  • accepted these terms at checkout; and
  • purchased before October 24, 2026.

The Pass Promise applies to bundles bought directly. Access granted through a scholarship or a partner-school voucher is not covered by it.

Your terms are fixed at the version you accepted. If we publish new terms later, they apply to new enrolments — never retroactively to yours.

What you need to do

All three conditions must be met.

  1. Sit 3 National Preboards — one for each exam day:
    • DAY 1MAS and Auditing
    • DAY 2Taxation and RFBT
    • DAY 3FAR and AFAR
The National Preboards are free to enrolled students, and the calendar runs through all three days repeatedly, so you can pick the dates that suit you. Sitting means you completed the exam — starting one and leaving without submitting does not count.
  2. Answer at least 250 different practice questions in each of the 6 subjects — 1500 distinct questions in total. Only questions answered in practice sessions count, each question counts once however many times you answer it, and work done from June 1, 2026 onward counts.
  3. Sit the October 2026 CPALE. You must take the examination in all subjects. We confirm this from the PRC's published results.

How to claim

Once the PRC releases the October 2026 results, submit a claim within 30 days. You'll find the claim form on your dashboard once results are out. We verify your conditions against your account and confirm by email. Claims submitted after the 30-day window cannot be honoured.

What this is not

  • It is not a refund, and no cash alternative is offered.
  • It is not a guarantee that you will pass. Passing the CPALE is determined solely by the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy.
  • It is not transferable to another person.
  • Access granted under this promise is for your own use, under the same terms as your original subscription.
